USCC invites members with professional business experience in the compost manufacturing and collection industry to mentor an entrepreneur, a Young Professional college graduate or industry employee over the age of 21 and under 40, in our Young Professionals Mentoring Program for 2020. This is the seventh year for the program!
We strongly encourage our mentees to join USCC during their mentoring year to increase your chances for success.

The Mentoring Period will be from June 1, 2020 through January 31, 2021. Mentor/Mentee pairs can choose their meeting schedule and format (phone, Skype, in person, email etc.) and are encouraged to make an in-person “capstone” meeting at COMPOST2021 in
Ontario, CA. Financial assistance may be available in the form of volunteering or other scholarships; stay tuned.
